Returns Policy
30‑Day Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies to both defective and non‑defective products.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

How to Start a Return

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return
We will provide a free downloadable return label that you can print and attach to your parcel.
Free Return Shipping
All returns are shipped by mail using our prepaid return label. There are no restocking fees or additional charges for returning an item. If your return was delivered on a pallet then it will need to be arranged to be collected from your delivery address on a set date.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will arrange the exchange once the original item has been returned in new condition.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within:
Up to 14 days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem quickly with either:

Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened.
